This was one of a series of 3 drawings made for an intaglio printmaking process. 

In this series, I was trying to prove to my art teacher at the time that one could express emotions through flowers.  This idea was inspired by my love of Georgia O'Keeffe's work, where she used flowers to represent various female body parts.
