After my exploration with winter, I longed for spring again.  The next exercise in our class was a still life of a variety of oddly coordinated objects.  I choose the yellow rose to focus on, as I really wanted spring to be present in my life again, sooner than I knew possible.  This was my attempt, and it has really lighted the dark dismal days of winter.
